Text Box:   Text Box: Optimizing Diversity   We focus on assisting leaders in defining a vision of diversity that optimizes the potential of all employees and that creates a more inclusive work environment, which supports and encourages the talents and contributions of their employees.  We provide expertise in: Strategy formulation Awareness training Skills training Developing mentoring programs Teambuilding for diverse workgroups Recruiting strategies and processes Development and retention programs Integrating diversity into the procedures, guidelines, processes and traditions which support the day-to-day operation of the organization Diversity Training Programs   We provide 1, 2, and 3-day diversity training programs.  Our training programs are designed to increase manager and employee skills and effectiveness.  We help participants expand their knowledge and reduce their judgment by supporting their curiosity.  Rather than blame and guilt, we develop accountability, partnership and empowerment as we create more understanding of issues of difference.  The training programs can also be used as a system intervention and thereby can contribute significantly to organization effectiveness.
