Kaye A. Craft, President

Kaye A. Craft is an organizational change and transformation consultant. She helps individuals, groups, and organizations create breakthroughs to their full potential so that they can create and achieve purposeful, satisfying, inspiring visions and sustainable results. She has more than twenty years experience as an internal and external consultant, in helping organizations and groups increase their productivity and in helping individuals improve their personal and organizational effectiveness. Her clients have come from such industries as financial services, publishing, entertainment, petrochemicals, telecommunications, and consumer products. In addition, she has worked with hospitals, educational institutions, government organizations, child welfare organizations and foundations.

Prior to starting her own firm, Ms. Craft worked as a trainer and OD Consultant at Exxon Corporation, Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company and Health and Human Services Head Start Program at NYU. Ms. Craft received her M.B.A. in Organization Behavior and Management from New York University, her M.S. in Social Work from Columbia University, and her B.A. in Sociology from Hampton University. She completed the Organization and System Development Program at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, and she has studied transformational change processes for individuals, groups and organizations with a variety of master teachers around the world. Ms. Craft is trained and certified in the use of a number of development tools, including the Myers Briggs Type Inventory.

Ms. Craft is a Past Chair of the Board of Directors of NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science. She is also a member of the National Black MBA Association, and the National Organization Development Network. She is a frequent speaker and presenter at meetings and conferences.

Ms. Craft enjoys dancing, meditating, reading, nature, and adventure sports, her favorite being swimming with wild dolphins.
