Diversity Training Programs

We provide 1, 2, and 3-day diversity training programs.  Our training programs are designed to increase manager and employee skills and effectiveness. We help participants expand their knowledge and reduce their judgment by supporting their curiosity. Rather than blame and guilt, we develop accountability, partnership and empowerment as we create more understanding of issues of difference. The training programs can also be used as a system intervention and thereby can contribute significantly to organization effectiveness.
